Did not see this coming. With Josh Gordon making his comeback and the Browns turning a corner as a franchise (in their eyes at least), I would have thought Gordon was a guy to keep around. If he turns into three-quarters of the player he was in his prime, it’d be worth it.
Plus, there’s not a single human on the planet who’s shredded like he is. Usually, fit people are jacked or cut up. Very few are shredded. Gordon is essentially Superman-level shredded. (He’s actually way more shredded than now the former Superman, Henry Cavill.
The only way this makes sense is if it appears Gordon will be sidelined for an extended period of time. Why else would the Browns dump him? Hopefully that not the case and he signs somewhere else and becomes the player he was just a few years ago.
