For some context, Barkley said this about Draymond Green a earlier this month (0:25-0:40):
To which Green followed up with:
I know a lot of people, at least on the East Coast, don’t like Draymond, but I love the way he plays the game — even though he’s a Michigan State guy. Fearless, in your face, “you aren’t my buddy, guy,” basketball.
Barkley wasn’t exactly making friends either when he played. Not many guys were in that era, so I guess it makes sense that he’d poke at Draymond.
But I’m with Draymond. Obviously Barkley is not going to punch him, but say something next time you see him.
OR, I don’t know, take Kevin Durant up on the offer to go see Draymond when the opportunity is presented. Sadly, we found out that won’t happen. We won’t hear Barkley throw shade away from his TNT desk.
And that’s entertaining, don’t get me wrong. But now we know that, much like his game, Chuck’s ability to back up his trash talking has diminished.
