Seams Legit: Brad Marchand is setting the record straight, the NHL DID NOT ask him to stop licking players

A report came out on Thursday that the NHL had apparently reached out to Brad Marchand regarding him licking other players. The report stated that following Game 1 of the Toronto-Boston series the league told the Bruins “We’d prefer if you could tell Brad Marchand to stop licking people.”

Some people don’t like public displays of affection, I get it.

But apparently the NHL never told the Bruins this.

Or at least the request to stop licking other grown adults in the middle of a hockey game never made its way to Marchand. Because he took to Twitter Friday to set the record straight.

I GUESS that means the NHL is cool with Marchand licking other people then. Just need Vegas to release the odds on who he’ll lick and then we’ll be in business.
